FANCY - Biografie 1984 landete FANCY mit “SLICE ME NICE” seinen ersten Mega-Seller. In den darauffolgenden Jahren hatte er 8 Hits, die sich alle in den TOP 10 und TOP 20 Charts von Media Control platzierten. Wer kennt nicht die Super-Hits wie „Flames Of Love,“ Slice Me Nice“, „Lady Of Ice“ oder „Chinese Eyes,“ die von jedem Radiosender und in jeder Disco weltweit gespielt werden. In Spanien behauptete FANCY mit „BOLERO“ sogar 6 Monate lang die Spitzenposition. Es folgten verschiedene TOP 10 Hits in Skandinavien, Holland, Belgien, Frankreich und anderen europäischen Ländern. Sogar in den USA hatte FANCY drei Hits in den TOP 10 der US-Billboard-Dance-Charts. Bis heute gab der Künstler unzählige Konzerte weltweit; in USA, Kanada, Skandinavien und Europa und verkaufte weltweit über 18 Millionen Tonträger. „COCCON,“ FANCY’s TOP 10 Hit in England wurde von Pete Waterman, selbst Mitglied des erfolgreichen Produzenten-Trios Stock, Aitken und Waterman (z.B. Kylie Minogue) für die englische TV-Show „THE HITMAN AND HER“ als Thema ausgewählt. Seitdem 1998 zwei Alben- ‚BEST OF’ und ‚HITPARTY’ – gleichzeitig in die Media-Control-Carts rasten und FANCY’s „MEGAMIX“ (VIVA-Rotation) zum Top-Hit wurde, hat FANCY den absoluten Kultstatus erreicht. FANCY remixte z.B. “WEST END GIRLS” für die PET SHOP BOYS und produzierte für SIEGFRIED & ROY z.B. die CD „DREAMS & ILLUSIONS“ mit Musik aus der Las Vegas Show, für die sogar MICHAEL JACKSON einen Song machte. Throughout his career, FANCY has played countless concerts throughout the world, including concerts in the USA, Scandinavia, Asia and Europe. "COCOON", FANCY's Top Ten Hit in England, was selected as the theme song for the English television show “THE HITMAN & HER” by none other than Pete Waterman, who himself was a member of the producer trio, Stock, Aitken and Waterman, which enjoyed mega-success with Kylie Minogue, Rick Asthley and Jason Donovan. Since FANCY’s two albums 'BEST OF' and 'HITPARTY' stormed the Media Control Charts in 1998 and his "MEGAMIX" became a top hit through VIVA’s high rotation, this artist has achieved absolute cult status. FANCY’s work includes remixes - "WEST END GIRLS", for example, for the PET SHOP BOYS - and he’s produced for SIEGFRIED & ROY, including the Compilation CD "DREAMS & ILLUSION" with the music from the LasVegas show, which MICHAEL JACKSON even did a song for.
